Of Air Dry Clay and Paper Roses.

Before the end of 2014, I made some flowers. I have not thought of what to do with them. Perhaps an embellishment for my future cards or maybe on top of some packaging. Whatever it is, I will be thinking of something.

Feathery Farewell Card.

This couple of months have been non-stop making of Farewell cards. When will it end....

This time, the card is based on a Chinese Idiom. It simply means, that like every little bird, when it develops it's feathers and wings, there will be a day when he/she has to leave the nest.

Yet another Farewell in the office...

Yes, there's another Farewell in my office today. Hmm... this was quite a difficult challenge as I know nothing of him except that he loves to travel and he has been to so many places in the world. Then, it struck to me that the only place he has never been to is outer space. And, with this... came this Farewell Card and a Snow Globe for him.

I am still making cards...

Many of you are wondering whether have I stopped making cards and ventured into another craft hobby. Well the answer is NO, I have not stopped making cards.

Lately, I have been posting a lot of handmade jewelry. This method of jewelry making is still using the basic tools for making cards. All you need is clay (any type will do), some nicely indented stamps, chalk ink (they work better with clay) and the most important thing is to have fun while doing it. Clay is very forgiving. If you end up not liking the shape or what you have stamped, just start all over again. It's that easy.

So hopefully by March, I will be posting some new cards to share with everyone.
